I use boards mobile (m.boards.ie) all the time.

Why is there no thanks button and why are thanks on a post not visible?

I'm going to push this into the Site Development forum as Ross or Conor will be able to give you a proper answer.

Having said that, just checking the mobile site myself, I can see the number of thanks on posts though not an ability to give them (I don't use it ever myself).

edit: There's an official thread discussing the boards mobile site here. As you can see from the end of that, the number of thanks display is now in place in the past day or two. The first post on the thread sort of answers your first question: it's very much still being developed, cool as it currently is, and some features just aren't available yet.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
