the CPU is a fantastic processor, one of the best ive had for oeverclocking ever!!!

do you plan on overclocking( if so that ram will limit you also p45 mobo would be better for overclocking )? why buy a micro ATX mobo?

For €10 more you can get an i5 CPU. Tbh no point going with a 775 build is the 1156 is only €10 more.

    no plans to overclock.

    no reason for matx

whats the benefit of the i5 ? (please excuse my ignorance)
the 755 appears to have higher specs

neither of the mb mentioned have video on-board, I'm hoping to run a third monitor off the mb but I'm not sure if this is possible.

get a cheap second hand pcie or pic card to run 3 monitors, would be a much better solution than crappy matx mobo which will hamper future upgrades. You can pick up cheapy 2nd hand pcie cards for 20-50euro, 50euro would bag you an 8800GT which is a fantastic card and much better than your 7800gtx

    Correct me if i'm wrong

But most MotherBoard's disable the onboard Graphics when a PCI Grapphics card is in, Meaning onboard can't be used so you will have to stick with the two

    Wrong.

You can have an onboard gfx card running with a regular gfx card.
Have a 3 monitor setup at work running off x1 onboard intel rubbish and x1 matrox dualhead pci gfx card running under XP Pro.

Vista has the limitation that all gfx cards must run off the same gfx driver. So all ATI or all nvidia only.
Windows 7 removed this limitation seemingly and you should be able to have different gfx cards as Windows XP.

You might need to go into the bios to make sure the onboard is enabled, but the onboard will run side by side with a dedicated gfx card, only limitation is the OS.
