Wiring problems with a strat mod & pickups :|

I got these two items the other day..

Below is the wiring directions that came with the superstrat 3switch mod..



For the directions(which dont deal with the switch mod at all) that came with the pickups, Green = +, Black and Silver shield = ground, and all it says is "connect red to white" and "connect to ground for single coil" for Red & white..

My problem is with the diagram for the switch setup.. wtf is the coil tap and which wire would it be? There are plenty of tutorials online for installing the style of pickups I have like this but this damn switch diagram throws me completely.. and I havn't found any discussions on the web regarding this exact issue that came to any decent conclusion :F

Any help is greatly appreciated I just want to play my guitar ^_^

How many wires do you have on each PUP?

5 wires from each pickup..

wild turkey

wire red & white together as coil tap in your sketch
black & earthwire (the stripped one ) together as earth to ground
Green wire as HB+ on sketch

for the middle pickup swop the black & green wires
I'm 90% this is right But im sure others will confirm or disagree
