    Hi,
I'm wondering if there's any thread with general nutrition & diet tips that people can add to? Rather than having 100's of threads with individual tips?
It's make it easy for people to get quick list of 'what's good' etc.
    People could number their tips.
Something like this (with the poster giving some more details on their tip:
    1. Cereals. Most cereals are high in sugar. Porridge is very good, shredded wheat contain no sugar....
    2. Teas- white, green tea...
    3. Vitamin & supplements- fish oil/omega 3...
    4. Eat fish twice a week...
    etc
    etc.

    cheers,
    pa.

OP, the posts in Nutrition 101 thread contain a lot of 'generally accepted' views on nutrition which may be outdated or unproven. Best bet is to research it yourself on the internet, you certainly won't find everyone here agreeing on the 'facts' :D
