I pulled a hamstring (slightly) a week ago.
I've kept swimming with it, just by using a pull-bouy to float my legs.
It not the worst hamstring pain, I can manage a light push off the wall on turns.

I can't run with it, that would just tear it.

Cycling seems to be fine (to/from work).

Any idea how I can sort it?
    Can I keep swimming?

Would love to sort it out asap.

    Thanks,
    Bagus

How bad was it? Could you walk? Did you have a limp?

Given it happened a week ago and you say it was a mild tear you should be well into a (gentle) stretching routine. Stretching is very important from early on to ensure the muscle fibres grow back in the correct direction. If you're still feeling pain as opposed to just tightness then go book a physio session. Tears treated correctly early on usually heal fine but left alone or over stressed too early and repeatedly can become chronic.
