Press release this morning seems to me that the proposal of 10,000 applicants recieving a max payment of 5000 euro is the basis of the new 'reps' scheme under the Rural Development Programme. It does also say that a number of new on farm investment schemes are in the pipeline.
Details to be finalised in the next few weeks.
Thats all from me for now !

Will this new scheme involve the current reps planners?

Going to be interesting to see what's charged for doing up some fancy plan...

i wonder will the reps 3 farmers who are coming to the end of their term get priority with the limited amount of places available.
it will be a welcome addition to the farm income for the year.

nothing official yet but its meant to be opening in March (not sure about this) but applications would have to be in by May (like REPS 4) I think.

All hopefully will be revealed in the next few weeks.
