best time to work-out

    just wondering is there a beter time of the day to work-out. I have started working out in the evening usually 8-8.30 wondering would i be better off in the morning (for losing weight):confused:

    I've heard that because your blood pressure is highest in the mornings, it's an unhealthy time of day to exercise, because obviously it will increase your blood pressure even further, and that exercising between 3pm and 6pm has been shown to reduce blood pressure.

    assuming (and this might be a big assumption) that you are doing the same workout in terms of length and intensity then it wont make a bit of difference

    i do about an hour every day but not the same thing
    running
    weights
    yoga
    Just wondering because i am getting some results but not as quick as i thought (some weeks weight stays the same) but thats more than likely down to diet
