New MMDS Install some questions

    FInally got rid of Sky as part of cost cutting. Decided to go with UPC standard service using MMDS. The install happened earlier today and when the guys were leaving they said it takes a short while for the cards (two box's in differnt rooms) to be activated. I have some channels but not everthing is there that should be. The likes of the sports channels are not there. I have seen a number of differnt messages on screen which are as follows.

    That channel is not on your subscription........

    Your Viewing card is sill to be paired.

    Your Viewing card has expired.Contact Customer Service.

    Just wondering what sort of time should it normally take for my package to be fully enabled.

    Or should I give CS a call as some of the messages are fairly clear in stating whats wrong.

    It can take a couple of hours but if it is not on by say 4ish I be calling them

    Good news it evrything appears to be working fine now.

    Will be able to watch the footy later tonight. :)
