please help....how do I get to get Sky+ protect????

    I called Sky last night to get a warrenty for my sky + box. I ended up being transferred 3 times and then asked to call 2 different numbers, the final number being a wrong number. No one was of any help.
    I went on to the sky website to get someone to contact me and they would not recognise my phone number in the compulsory fields so that was no good!!
    Does anyone know what is the problem with adding this to my account.
    I had to leave NTL cos there customer service was so bad!!!
    Please help!
