    Hi Guys,

With the many Judo-ka active on this form can I ask you the following,

Do you guys practice 'go no kata'?

Apparently there is a new version and an older version, if so which one, and if the latter where did you learn it from.

    Thanks

In my experience Go-no-Kata isn't commonly practiced but is experiencing something of a revival in interest. The information here is worth reading if you're interested:
