Has anyone used screen wipes to clean a laptop screen? Any good or what is the best way?

I have never personally used the screen wipes on the laptop screen, normally i use a wet tissue and then wipe residue off with dry one, never had any problems, and always leaves the screen immaculate.

Tissues contain slight traces of acid, not the best idea in the world. Op, the best thing to use is a Glass's cloth and a dab of water.

Never had any problems with the tissues on my macbook for last 3 years, but you are right Cuddlesworth about the acid in them.

However you are probably safer with a soft glass cloth, or something like the ones you get with the iPhone do the job nicely too. Have a nice soft cloth that came with Apple Cinema Display but don't know where you would buy one of these.
