I'd definitetly recommend Bootcamp in Lab - I've done it three times and enjoyed it. I did the 6.30 - 7.30 am one.

The one they're running now is for two hours on a Sat morning. What kinds of things were you doing?

I'd love to go it but also quite aprehensive!! I'm very heavy and really unfit!

Dont worry about the shape you're in - there is all shapes and sizes and fitness levels in the morning one, and I'm sure its the same in the sat one.

As for activities - outdoor running / walking, kettlebells, rebounding, cricuit training etc.

Its tough but you'll enjoy it!
