Hey there

I'm into the final round of assessment centre with a bank. Part of the day includes a biographical interview and some case studies.

Anyone any advice on these? I've done a fair few competency based interviews before but never a biographical one. I was told its mainly talking through my CV, my choices for the relelvant info etc.

Also the case studies.. I'm not so sure on. Have little business background, but was assured that it doesn't put me at a disadvantage.

I guess I'm just a bit lost on what to actually research for this
