Dog Training on YouTube

The time has come to teach the mutt to behave. After being cooped up in the house for three months, he now refuses to come near you when you want to put his lead on after a walk. Likewise if he gets out the front door he will not come back in.

Can't afford a trainer so going the YouTube option. But like a lot of training vids, there is a lot of dross on there.

Can anyone post up a link to some good training techniques. Sit, stay and here boy seem to be the ones we need the most.

    Many thanks....

You could try www.clickerlessons.com Pretty easy to understand and has some video clips too. A clicker costs about €3. I'm trying that with our latest dog and having never trained a dog before it seems to be going fairly well.
