    Women are mad!!

Your friend should tell his wife about this woman if he hasn't already done so, and tell hr in work about it or whoever ya tell!

This woman obviously has her sights set on this guy and isn't giving up without a fight!

I think his Wife might react very badly if he tells her. Apparently she is a bit bi-polar. I saw her go mental at the golf club's Christmas party a few years ago, because her soup was cold.

Men can be predatory. So can women. This doesnt mean all women or all men are.

Well if nothing has happened between himself and this woman he has to get it sorted out inside work! His wife shouldn't be hurt because some mad woman has him in her sights and wont give up!

True, but I think Women are worse offenders, and have no hesitation in splitting up families etc.

Technically yes, but its more the 'Cougar Mentality' I hope to explore.

I don't really think this is true. I think that generally men are just as likely to get involved with a married woman as women are to get involved with a married man. However, it's possible that the cases that are generally heard about are the ones where the women get attached to the married man.

I also don't believe that women have no hesitation in splitting up families. It takes at least two people to break up a family. In many cases I feel that, if looking at a marraige where the male has cheated with another woman, if it wasn't that woman then it would just as likely have been another. Both parties are equally to blame.

I also think that men and women can be equally as crazy when it comes to being spurned in love, it's just that the two sexes often display this in different ways. A woman may become manipulative, whereas a man may begin to stalk the woman or some such. There are also the cases where things are one sided, as is in this case, and most often than not, that's where it ends. A bit of embarrassment, and possibly avoidance, and it's done. I don't think the OP's case is one that can be used as a general situation.

What does a "Cougar Mentality" have to do with whether a man is married? A cougar is an older woman who prefers sexual relationships with younger men. That's it, there are no other definitions or prerequisites

I think we both know there is more to it than that. Being a cougar is as much about the hunting & trapping of males aswell as the sexual side. Which is what this thread is all about.

You think all women hunt and trap males?

Do you think your friend is hunted and trapped? By who, the woman chasing him or his wife?

No, you're thinking of actual cougars. And they're more of a concern for elks than married men. Unless of course, you're trying to say that every single older woman who goes out with a younger man is manipulating and trapping them into doing something they don't want. Which should be patently absurd

based on what? you apparently seem to have just decided that all women are homewreckers, and have come into the LADIES lounge expecting what? a response of "why yes i do go after married men all the time, its great fun"?

Argh this thread is so annoying.

I agree. It is my opinion its one of those stirring threads that goes nowhere and is not welcome here. Closed.
