Outdoor speakers

I'm helping to put on an event that will be indoors/outdoors, but only will require a small amount of outdoor coverage (20 metres squared). I'll be playing music through a computer inside using Logitech z-5500 speakers inside. I would like to run another set outside using a splitter (eg like pic below), long audio lead (20m) and pick up a new set of stereo speakers for outside. I know that outdoor speakers are very expensive, so I want to buy a set of cheaper (less than €120) speakers and have them covered properly (they will only be there for the night). Can anyone recommend a suitable set that would carry sound well outdoors?

I saw these on Amazon, not too expensive. But would I get a better sound spending the same money on an indoor speaker and properly covering?

Those on Amazon look ok but I presume you will need an amp as well.

Is an amp required for sending a signal over long distances?

The output from the computer is only line or headphone level.
You need either speakers with an inbuilt amp or a separate amp.
