Help getting video and audio in sync?

    Simplish setup, LIDL sat kit (comag FTA Box) playing on a Windows Media Centre 2005 based system (XP). The sound and video are going via a Creatix CTX917 TV tuner card. The computer is a Fujitsu Scaleo 6701 and while not a great box has more than enough power.

    Anyway system does what I really want which is provide BBC Radio via Satellite so the audio sync is not a massive issue but it would be nice to sort it out.

    It seems that the audio lags the video by about half a second.

    DVD's and all file based video formats play fine with MCE with no audio video sync issues.
