Section 4(2)(g) of the Firearms Act 1925 as substituted by section 32 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2006 provides that when a firearms certificate is granted it may be subject to a condition or conditions.

Furthermore in the case of Joseph Magee v Patrick Murray and Dennis Roche, a judgment delivered by Birmingham J. in the High Court on 24th November 2008, confirmed that the statutory scheme allows a superintendent to impose conditions when granting a firearms certificate under the Firearms Acts.

If you shoot pigeons you will shoot anything, there hardly slow if anything one of the most sporting birds in my opinion. Stand at a roost on a windy evening and its the best crack you will get

I got my new liscence the other day ,my question is when i filled out the big long form i asked for 500 cartridges to be put on my new liscence as i do a small bit of clay shooting but when i got my new liscence back i am only allowed 100 cartridges which was all that i was allowed on the old liscence ,so should i contact the nargc,or should i say something to the firearms officer first

    +1
Iv been doing that a good bit this year. Your waiting for a while and you get one or two coming in and then all of a sudden they all start coming in in doubles or groups of four. Its good shooting. If you have a good dog its better.
