    Anyone know if there's an Orwell or Boards spin tomorrow, or otherwise anyone fancy an MTB outing as mentioned earlier in the week ?

    Orwell's on, although the route will probably be altered a little. Distances should be similar.

    Fast spin is from the park but I think after today's EPIC I might go along with the step-up group from Joe Daly's. MTB is tempting though before all the snow melts completely.

    Good spin today with Orwell, 106kms for me. Dundrum, Tallaght, and out the Blessington Road. Some interesting practice of race tactics, including fast up and overs, chasing down a breakaway, and sprint finish. Thanks to Dave and Declan for the guidance. I hope the few who dropped off are ok, and all got home in one piece.
