Just seen this deal on ebay for Ski Pack:
    http://cgi.ebay.ie/Ladies-Ski-Package-Skis-Bindings-Boots-Ski-Bag_W0QQitemZ290378337201QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Sporting_Goods_Skiing_Snowboard_Boots_CV?hash=item439be5cbb1
In case that link doesnt work, its
SKIS: NEW LADIES PALE R12 CARVER SKIS 157cm
    SKI BINIDNGS: ROSSIGNOL AXIUM JR100
SKI BOOTS: New Ladies Alpina Lynnea 400 Ski Boots (all sizes)
    for £219 + p&p
(I have no affiliation to the seller)
I've only ever had one ski lesson, so as far as skiing goes, I don't know very much about it ;)
I know I'm going to end up getting my own skis, because there is a place nearby where I'd get use out of them (its not the ski club and theres no ski hire available!) and I'm booking a ski trip soon too..
    So, my questions are:
    1. Even though ski boots have to be fitted and there has been advice on this forum to get ski boots properly fitted, could I get these ones fitted/adjusted for my feet at the ski club?
    2. Would these be better or worse than rental ski boots? Are rental ski boots the equivalent of those rental ice skates or bowling shoes?:D
    3. Does this seem like a good deal?
Apologies in advance for any ski-ignorance ;)
    Any advice appreciated
    Enol

    not a bad price,

make sure the skis are the right height for u, skis should approx reach your nose, use a tape measure see see whether the ski height will reach your nose area.

Try on the same brand boots, in a ski shop for size

Snow and Rock Dundrum do a complete pack for ..think 327 euro and theres 20% off in sale , their boot fitting service is excellent

that looks pretty good, it'd probably be €300+ by the time the exchange rate & p&p is calculated with the deal on ebay anyway.
    thanks k123456, much appreciated :)
