Anybody know where I can get one of those waste paper bins, the ones that are just like the frame of a bin made of metal? they hold those large black plastic bins. cheers, J.P

I know the ones you are talking about. You generally see the black plastic bag hanging from hit and it is draped around the top of the frame. I would say check out your local hardware wholesaler. Here are some online.
