Dubmando, try searching online for SilentGliss curtain rails.

Thanks Guys, this is great advice for me (yes just happened upon this thread today) as I will be moving into a house shortly with bay windows and will need to get curatins. TG they are leaving the blinds behind so at least we will have some sort of privacy.

YEah, we've just recently been curtain and curtain rail hunting. Our bays are 'rounded' rather than sharp angles and it's a wide window so it's not as easy to get tracks and poles for that as it is for an 'angled' bay.

You can bend a regular plastic curtain track around a bay yourself but if you have medium to heavy lined curtains then you risk pulling the track off the wall or out of the ceiling. The other problem can be that if the bend is too severe or strained then the little tacks that run the curtain along the track can catch and you end up tugging the curtain hard to close it.

If your bay is angled rather than curved then you can buy poles that bend around the angle easily enough.

The SilentGliss ones we bought are aluminium and are custom bent, so it means that someone comes out, measures the space and angles and then they bend the track to fit your window. It's more expensive but you should be able to hang very heavy curtains from it and be assured that the curtain won't catch in the bend.
