Hi Guys

I have just got a Solwise 3GWIFIMRW 3.5G plus Router, installed the software from the disc supplied. I then followed the instructions as supplied and the easy setup file was loaded to the desktop.

I then clicked the set up icon and it brought up a pop up, i selected the ethernet adapter in the popup clicked selected and it brought up another popup where I entered the std username and pasword supplied by solwise.

This is where it is going wrong for me, at this point it tells me the password and username is invalid.

I am not a that well up in these types of installations so i would please ask if you can help me with simple instructions if possible.

is there something i need to enter from my 02 dongle ?
