Weak Back

Hi, just wondering can anyone help me with my back problems...

I suffer from Sciatica and have quite a weak back. Hurt it and wear and tear from working in consruction for a few years, if im being honest I was stupid and didnt look after it.

Every now and again it flares up, maybe after lifting something heavy or something similar and then I have to endure weeks of pain which really gets to me. I cant even stand still or sit a certain way without a painful or uncomforable feeling shooting from my lower back through my left buttcheek and down my leg.

So to combat this I think strengthening my back and maybe legs will improve my situation? Cant afford gym and all I have at home is a stability ball and some 5kg dumbells (pathetic I know!)

    Any advice greatly welcomed,

    B

very hard to say whats right and wrong for you to do without seeing you in person so my advice would be go to a physio in your area and get it seen to properly.

    sorry

we can't diagnose these issues over the internet, best bet is to have it seen to professionally.
