Recommendation Needed for TV Cabling Installers

I've a problem with the coax TV cabling in the house, or so UPC tell me. They're refusing to fix my intermittant signal even though the problem only started since the decoder card change.

So, I'm looking for recommendations for a company that can check the existing under floor cabling, certify it's good (or replace it if not), and also install more cables to additional rooms.

Professional installers only please - I need floors lifted, cables run neatly & documentation for work provided. No 'lash it on the wall with cable clips' types please!!!

I live in Dun Laoghaire & need the job done ASAP.

    Thanks in advance.

Could you have UPC run a temporary cable to prove the fault is under the floor.

Oh, I've done that and the result is the same 'Loss of Signal' message, but UPC still say that it's the cabling in our house, so they want to run a new cable all the way around the house and directly into the living room. That'd mean we couldn't get TV in any other room.

I want to get an independent professional to certify that our cabling is good, and fox it if it's not. I also need cables run to two additional rooms so will have this done at the same time.

I can't seem to find any AV specialist who will do domestic though.
