Im sure theres a thread on alli somewhere but i cant find it , is anybody taking these ? Good or bad ? My GP prescibed me Xenical last year, which really worked but the side effects were awful i couldnt cope with them.
Ive read that alli has half the dose of orlistat , so im hoping that the effects will be easier to handle ? obviously if you go crazy eating high fat foods you will suffer as the fat comes straight back out:( but i'm hoping the combination of healthy eating through weight watchers , excercise and alli will help me to shift the stones ? I have a lot to lose with a BMI if 42.3 , i'm approaching 30 and this weight is getting dangerous.....
So I'm just wondering how others found the alli ? Worth the cramps ??:D

There have been threads on this before. General consensus was that Alli is terrible, and that you will end up literally ****ting yourself regularly if you go on it. I don't think anyone here would recommend this route.

How about starting a new thread asking for help with your food intake? You can post up your daily diet and people will give you advice on what is good/bad and what you could change you help you lose weight.

Sorry but I am going to have to close this thread. From the charter rules.
    4.
There will be zero-tolerance of any pro-ana topics, discussions of pharmaceutical weight-loss aids or crash dieting. This forum is to promote healthy and varied eating - not to advise you in how to drop a stone in a week.

Alli is going to have those same side effects as Xenical as the drug acts in a very similar fashion. For people unaware side effects can be "leakage", i.e. soiling yourself, since the fat is not digested and makes stuff "slip out".

Stick to your WW & exercise, though at your high BMI you might want to visit the doctor again, but we cannot allow medical advise here, sorry.
