Listening to Pat Kenny interviewing Aidan Kelly today, the author of a new book Get Your Tax Back - The Irish Guide To Unlocking Your Allowances, he mentioned that the PSPL was applied to wages earned prior to the implementation date but paid after it but this can be reclaimed.

This happened to someone I know employed by the HSE and they were told ' it had to be implemented then'.

Does anyone know how to get this overpayment back?
