    Does anyone know how I can find out info on who I might contact to discuss advertising on the above?

    Its the billboard you see entering the village from the Cork side -

    Does it have a sign underneath it?

    There is usually a name on the sign on the bottom. Its just a name though but you will get the number on inquiries

    or - ring your local authority - they granted it planning permission (or look up the planning online)
