    Seminar with five time world champion

    Hi everyone,
    Laurence Cousin, the first european black belt to win a CBJJ world chanpionships, also a two times world champion in no-Gi and a two times world champion in Gi competiton under FILA, is coming to Ireland for two seminars in BJJ and grappling.
    No date has been chosen yet but May or June is most likely for this seminar.
    She will more than likely hold the seminar in Dublin.
    We need to know how many people are coming so that we can organise a date with her
    It is a great opportunity to train and be taught by someone who competes at the highest level in BJJ/grappling. Dont forget that women can be technical and also see for yourself why Laurence is unbeatble in grappling in Europe.
    The cost for each seminar is 30€ and limited to 20 people.
    PM or email at {Snipped at posters request - Makikomi}

    CRX Kenpo will be running a 5 week "Self and Home Defence" course starting on Saturday June 12th. The course will take place each Saturday for 5 weeks and will be held from 11am to 12.30pm.

    The course will be delivered by Hugh McCallum, a former police officer from South Africa, who served 8 years as a robbery/homicide detective.

    The objective of the course is to teach participants how to make their homes more secure, as well as measures that can be taken to ensure personal safety when using public transport, out on the town or traveling abroad.

    This will primarily be an academic course with about 70% of the time given to lectures. The remaining 30% will be used for basic defences and responses to the most common types of attacks, as compiled from UK police statistics.
