I want to hear other peoples opinions on whether people think these can be helpful to a persons game. I use one and find it does help in developing your swing and keeping it consistent

Yes of course it will help if you have no other means of practice and only if your fundamentals are solid.

I was using one towards the end of last year and found it more hassle than it was worth to be honest. After going out to the yard and untangling the net after a windy night, I'd proceed to smash balls into it for hours. And to be honest it did me little to no good.I think it colours perceptions of your swing because you can't see the overall ball flight. All you can tell is what the ball's done for the first few yards after impact and that's of little use to anyone. But if you've already know you've got a decent swing and just want to work on ball striking then it's as good as going to the range I suppose.
