    hello,

just bought a house and have a quick boiler clock vs controls clock question. COMPLETE NOVICE.

We have an Indoor Firebird Oil Boiler Timer which has a timer clock. The Boiler is set to always on.

We also have indoor controls which have a clock and options Constant On-Constant Of - Timed on.

We set the clock on the indoor controls to the correct time and the setting to timed on with our times set out on the clock.

My question is - should I set the boiler to the same Timed - same times on boiler clock or do the settings of the heating controls override the boiler settings?

    Thanks a lot

leave boiler clock to permanently on.(timing irrelevant) the other clock should provide automation .
