The main 2 sources of calories/points are the sugars and alcohol in wine. Wine is fermented from grape juice (high in sugar), if it is fully fermented out almost all the sugar is used up, these are your dry wines (AKA brut). Then depending on the sugar content of the original grape juice the wine will be higher or lower in alcohol. So you generally want a dry wine which is relatively low in alcohol.

I don't drink wine so cannot recommend a nice one though.

AFAIK there's a Lindemans wine that's lower in points - It's called Early Harvest or something.

Wine is something that I don't skimp on points on, I'll have what I like. I haven't tried the Lindemans one so can't really say if it's nice/not. Another option would be to put a diet lemonade/7up through your wine to make it a spritzer, which will make it last longer!

Blossom Hill blue label is only 11.5% and is lovely. It's only 6.99e too which is even better. Not sure about the ww points though.
