looking for some 10km races to run in the next fue weeks

    • Hi i started running last summer and hooked on it now.I run most evenings now.I lost lots of weight.I ran two races last year crookstown motor way run in 41.41.also ran the aware 10km race well it finished up 9 km in a time of 35.10.Just wondering any 10km races on soon iam also going to run the kildare half marathon and what kind of milage should i be running every week to run 13.1 miles.My main goal is the big one dublin city marathon.Am i mad

    my sport 10k in enniscorthy wexford (not sure if thats to fair or not) on the 14 feb, look at run ireland for details, its a excellent run event each year

    There is the Raheny 5 at the end of this month as well, a mile and a smidgen short of the 10k but close enough if you just want to get some more races under your belt.

    downhill at about three miles and then a gradual uphill after you turn off coast road about 4 miles. Good one for time though i have only ever managed to equal my PB which i set on that course
