    Hi all!

Looking to see if anyone could give me any info on a handier setup. I have a mini-disc player that i use to play backing tracks and when i need to change discs, skip songs, pick songs etc i have to lean over to the player.

I was just wondering if there is any other guitar out there that has an in built mp3 player (not the ovation idea, it only has 128mb of memory!) that i could store my tracks on, or even some other device specially designed for one man bands? I need something small and easy to pack away with lots of memory (or an expansion slot) that can either be mounted on the guitar or the mic stand to be close at hand. Am i looking for too much?

    Any ideas welcome!

    Thanks
    Crazy Chester:)

Er, you could get a computer or a sampler or something, and use a MIDI foot controller like the Behringer FCB1010 to trigger it. Not small or easy to pack away, but I think it'd be a lot easier to use, more powerful, and more flexible. Maybe you don't need the power and flexibility offered :o

some amps have an aux or cd in so u can hook up backing tracks to the amp too

other than that use an mp3 player on a playlist or a laptop or somethin

I'd go with what the previous posters have said and use a laptop running some appropriate MP3 playing software.
