do you hafto use the xm charger with them?
or can you just load normal green gas ino them ?

you can pump normal gas into them just fine, quicker to load than other shells aswell, you just pour bb's in the top and put a bit of maskin tape over the top. i went with co2 for the colder months

yes this work in a 203 launcher, really should have said m203 nades in thread title.

You put a co2 catridge in and the set the pressure, the higher the pressure the further the spread, sounds a bit louder aswell, cant remember the highest setting on it before it hits a joule.
