im really unsure if its okay to ask this but im gonna go ahead and try...

basically family home and farm is in fathers name. parents have been married over 30 years. father is an alcoholic so parents need to split now. does the fact that everything is in his name have a bearing on things? does this mean she won't be entitled to what she would have been?

Please hire a solicitor or go to FLAC. Sorry, this is not the first time I've had to say this to this user name. Forum charter is there for a reason.
