Sorry lads i know this has been covered before but i will quickly post again

Past two days i have gotten bit of a chesty cough and sore throat. Never had chesty cough before and never really get sick at all but i usually train through a cold etc but im guessing that if its concentrated in the chest it is probably wise to let it settle before i train again?? Or is it okay to train through it?

only very light training IMO .. i normally do light cardio but if it makes the cough worse its your body saying stop

I'd advise against training when your sick

IMO, you won't get much out of your workout, and will only prolong the illness

...and spread it around if you intend training in a gym.
