Information on Educogym

Anybody know about educogym. They offer a 3 month fitness package where you have 39 supervised 20 minute workouts and also your weight and diet is monitored over that time. My question is has anyone had success with this as the price is steep at 750 Euros. Personally I need to loose the weight but feel this could be another rip off scheme with no real results.
Any help advise would be welcome.

it was the first gym i joined but when i joined it was 600 euro for the year as far as weight loss goes it is good i shifted alot of bodyfat there but i wouldnt pay 750 for 3 months thats bs also they do try push there products and will look at you a bit wierd if you use other companys products and some of the people down there are in that tony quinn cult and they can be kinda annoying when they wont shut up about him

my advice join another gym for the year for cheaper and more than likely the trainer there will do out a training program for you with exercise and nutrition

Thanks for the replies, after looking at the threads and comments I'm going to save my money.
Will look to joining a regular gym instead, only thing is that I need someone looking over me to ensure I do a good workout, otherwise I'm not motivated enough. Do you know of any good personal trainers in the Athenry / Galway area that could help me out here??
Again, thanks for advice on educogym above.

One of the biggest fitness misconceptions going. If you're not motivated enough to train without someone watching you then you're not motivated enough to train.

If you don't enjoy the gym then find something active that you do enjoy and that you don't need to be bullied to do - run, swim, bike, climb rock walls, do martial arts, learn to dance, do crossfit, kayak, surf... Anything that gets you burning cals.

Losing weight is a doddle. Keeping it off is the real hard part and that can only be done with long term changes to your lifestyle and for changes to be long term they need to be things you enjoy.
