This wasn;t advertised but its on instead of supernanny :(

This TV3 News special will detail the extent of the weather crisis, analyse why we are struggling so badly to cope with it and investigate what should be done to prevent a repeat of this chaos.

Honestly don't know what to think of it, but some good facts being said - the guy from the AA said that the country had used a years worth of grit in less than a week! Analyse why we are struggling - we haven't seen weather like this in years! Seems to me that Alan Cantwell (I think!) is basically looking for a scapegoat for the disruption. Conor (AA guy) made a good point to him though about not just looking about what went wrong but the praise the stuff that went right!

Now talking about the way Batt O Keeffe "stuck his nose into a local decision" regarding his announcement to close all schools.

I dunno, but this seems to me like TV3 is attempting to claw back some rep points it lost after St Stephens Day

Now Alan, I wonder why the Ministers for the Env, Education and Transport refused to come on the show or send a representative - or for anyone from the Government to appear on the show as a spokesperson

The St. Stephens Day thingy? To naughty to mention? Maybe we should call it Stephengate?:D

i think tv3 is basically run by peolple who wish they were on rte, but didn't quite make it. The guests on tonughts program demonstrate this perfectly :D
