I am knew to this whole running , and cycling thing but I am certainly enjoying it. I said on a previous post that I hope to to a triathlon along with the marathon this year.

I have read reviews and discusions on here (and other forums) and was just wondering which Watch (GPS/HRM) is best. I am looking at the garmin 310xt at present but I see some people's opinion say that the accuracy isn't the best.

I hope to use it for cycling and running so wrist and connected on bike.
Is it true that they are good for pacing and learning to pace yourself.
Are there any other good ones to choose from or would i better with a watch and bike computer?

Hi - this has been discussed a lot on here so you may not get much of a response. A good bet would be to search the forum for terms like GPS and Garmin and read through whats been said before - plenty of people in the same situation as you so I'm pretty sure the answer will be in there somewhere! If no joy then post in one of those threads and I'm sure people will ive as much advice as they can

A search for "GPS" won't work due to the way that search functions, but any thread covering GPS type stuff will definitely contain the word "garmin" at some point. Have a read through some of those and if there is still any queries then as --amadeus-- says, give that thread a bump with your question.
