Thinking of dropping my ipod in here tomorrow in Dublin, has anyone had any experience with them? My ipod is in an awful state, making these clicking noises so something must be wrong with the hard drive. I've tried everything,nothing works and it's (conveniently for Apple) about a week out of warranty. This is kinda last…

I've tried everything,nothing works and it's (conveniently for Apple) about a week out of warranty. This is kinda last resort.

Also, anyone have any rough quotes about how much they charge? Thanks

Avoid **** like the bubonic plague !!!. He bricked my ipod last year when I sent it in for a broken button and tried a devious scheme to try and and cover up their complete incompetence.

He is a thug who will fleece you one way or the other. Read about him the guy in "gsm solutions ltd" here

Check your serial number online to see if it is definitely out of warranty. I got a macbook fixed about a month outside warranty because the website said it was still covered. It was an error on their behalf.
