I've been thinking about taking up the banjo recently (I've been playing guitar for 10 years or so) - can anyone recommend me a good quality instrument in the price range of 3-4 hundred euros or less? Any particular shops in Dublin or online to have a look in or avoid?

    Thanks guys,

    Gom

McBrides do some good ones ! After that there is Deering Banjos.

Check localmusic.ie for the McBrides, Waltons or Soundshop in Drogheda for Deering. Good hunting ! Oohhh also Cort do some Banjos!
