Tailor made Suits in Cairo

I am travelling to cairo soon on business and was wondering if anyone has gotten a Tailor made Suit there. I am getting married at the end of the year and think it will be a prefect place to get a top of the range suit for a really good price. Got one yrs ago in thailand and it was the best fit ever and top quality!
