Does anyone here do this? I was wondering? Has anyone any advise/experiences? i know like everything you need to commit to it. I walk every evening but would like something different. have the space for it.

Don't do it formally, but I often us an old tool box as a step when I'm working out, and do various steps up and down and across it.

I'd suggest a couple of good DVDs could be useful here.
