    Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows what all these ads are about. You see them everywhere nowadays on the side of webpages. Before and after pics and all that

    I know it must be some sort of the usual scam-type with thousands signing up to make them a load of money but...

    Does anyone know what the content is. Are there some good diet tips in there for cutting certain things out of your diet etc. as they say that minimal exercise is needed.

    And no i'm not lazy, I do a lot of exercise! Just curious as to what the content is.. :D

    Just the usual scam rubbish ... healthy eating and hard work is the only way to get visible abs.

    No idea what the content is, but I can't imagine it being anything mind blowing. Those ads really irritate me "learn the ONE SECRET to amazing abs" and what not.
