EPH control wont open

    my downstairs heating would not turn on,upstairs is fine.i checked the motorized valve and found that the lever on the box is not moving to the left when i turn it on.(the upstair lever is moving)I can move it manually but it goes straight back when i leave go.
    If this can be bypassed and left in the on(open)position,that will do
    do i need a new box?.the orange light on the box is on so there is power
    there was air in the system but i have bled it .please help

    EPH Controls are based in cork. Its a good valve and they have great techanical back up. Give them a buzz and they will help you.
