If I get a 2nd hand sky hd box will I be able to watch the fta hd channels and record aswell?

    Also is the harddrive upgradable?

Also is a sky hd box better than a freesat hd box. I like the ease of use of the sky epg

In that case I'll get a freesat hd box, any one recommend one with a good epg similar to sky?

I use the Humax Freesat PVR. Swings and roundabouts, some things better than Sky, some not. Overall, I prefer the new Sky HD EPG. But, then again, the Humax works well.
If you look around, I think on Amazon, you can buy this with a 1 TB disk fitted!
