Factory unlocked iphone sims interchangeable?

Thinking of getting a factory unlocked iphone. Are sims from different networks interchangeable or do you have to reset it? Could I just give phone to girlfriend for day or two, change sims and off you go?

Yes you can change sims as needed, contacts are saved on the Iphone not on the Sims so you need to import all contact you will need to use. Also if they are not from same company you will need to change Network settings if you want to access internet.

Maybe there's other stuff but all I can think about for now.
