Hey guys I'm just wondering is there any coaches around the Galway area, who I could have a chat with? I run ther middle distances. I just moved to the area so not too familiar with the running scene! :D
    Cheers.

and the track is de-iced and re-opened, there's any amount of running in Galway.

Athenry AC have our track session on Tuesdays at 7-30, mixed abilities, mainly road runners doing some speed work.

GCH have their track session on Wednesdays at 5:45 [I believe, hopefully somebody can confirm this].

There is a bunch of middle distance runners from GCH who train together - If you do your training around Dangan, you'll meet them soon enough.

Loads of clubs in Galway - all depends where you are living.

    GCH for the city
    Craughwell
    Athenry
    Loughrea
    Clare River Harriers - Claregalway
    Tuam

I'm a Craughwell guy myself - pm me if you're interested - we have sessions almost every day depending on your level. The senior club is mostly road runners but a few of the older Juvenilles/Juniors are doing middle distance.
