Personalised birthday banners and balloons

I have searched through the stickies and can't find a site that would do this. I am organising a surprise 30th for my wife and would like to get a Personalised party banner, Personalised baloons etc etc... Does anyone know of anyone doing something like this? Thanks

When is the party for? There is a company in England who do all my business banners, they mite be able to do something. They need a bit of notice tho, ie 2 weeks.

Thanks for the replies folks - I got sorted yesterday evening. A croed called Cork signs - they are doing up the birthday banner with colour photographs.
